Last night I got home from teaching and was putting Sadie to bed. She was laying in bed and I was sitting on the floor next to her. I was rubbing her back. She requests that usually nightly...we were talking about her day and what was going to happen the next day. She took her two little hands and placed one on each of my cheeks and said "Mommy you my best friend". She then patted my cheeks and took her hand and brushed my hair. She got right up in my face and kissed me right on the lips and said " And daddy is our best friend".
Where does a 2 year old come up with this stuff? And usually she has perfect grammar????
